Derek Deprey grew up around coaches.
Coaches lead with the belief that potential isn’t fixed; it’s developed. Yet, in his corporate career, he never encountered a true leadership development program.
He craved it, as did countless others, but it didn’t exist. So Derek immersed himself in growth: reading, experimenting, leading teams, failing forward, and creating systems that worked in the real world. He then built what he and many others knew was needed: a signature leadership development framework that was practical, human, actionable, and rooted in real work and immediate implementation.
With a background in sports leadership at the NCAA and NBA levels and a client list spanning hundreds of organizations in business, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, government, and beyond, he now transforms managers into leaders at Lead on 3 as an author, keynote speaker, and leadership coach. His leadership system helps leaders grow themselves, their people, and their organizations into realizing their vision of the highest quality of life and work.
